Morning Poem:

In the morning I turn on the light
At an ungodly hour that hurts my eyes.
I brew coffee.
Toast bread.
Cook oatmeal.
Well, I don't;
A dead dinosaur does.
But that's beside the point.

  1. In a legal sense if something went horribly wrong, and this process were to, for example, kill your wife, culpability would be assigned to you, not the dead dinosaur, so it's OK to take credit for this. Don't be so hard on yourself. Also: don't accidently kill your wife in a breakfast mishap.

  3. Poetry always leaves me speechless. I don't know why. I like it though!
